All models, broadcast performers, and other individuals appearing in visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct on https://jerkmate-web.com/ were at least 18 years of age at the time the depiction was produced.

All records required pursuant to Title 18, United States Code, Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 are maintained by the designated records custodians for each respective primary producer, broadcasting studio, and licensed content affiliate. Requests for inspection of records must be addressed to the primary producer designated in the metadata of the respective content.

2. Age Verification Protocol

Prior to broadcasting on Jerkmate, every performer must undergo strict verification:

• Government-issued photo identification verification (Passport, Driver's License, or National ID Card).
• Biometric live face matching and liveliness detection to prevent identity fraud or deepfake impersonations.
• Continuous periodic re-verification audits to maintain active broadcasting credentials.

3. DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification

Jerkmate respects the intellectual property rights of others and adheres to the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied or broadcast in a way that constitutes infringement, submit a written notice to our designated DMCA agent including:

• A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Sufficient URL or room identification information allowing us to locate the material.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.

Performers broadcasting on Jerkmate are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or joint venturers of the platform. Broadcasters are solely responsible for their own actions, chat dialogues, and webcam content.
